Delivery time
All jewellery is made to order and therefore has a lead time of ± 3 weeks, excluding delivery time. After handing over your package, it is often delivered within a few business days. You’ll receive a track & trace link beforehand.

Reach out via contact@another-project.nl if you have a strict delivery date, in case of a birthday or a planned engagement. We’ll see what we can do!

Shipping and pickup
Contact me for shipping costs outside the Netherlands: contact@another-project.nl.

Shipping costs vary per product and are calculated at checkout. Prices vary from €3 to €20 depending on the value.

It is possible to pick up your order — by appointment only — in Den Haag. No additional costs are involved. Make sure to select ‘pickup’ at checkout.

Exchanges, returns and cancellation
All jewellery is either made to order, a custom design or a sale item and therefore not eligible for returns.

If you want to change or cancel your order, contact me immediately after the purchase via contact@another-project.nl or +316 38583666. It is only possible to change or cancel your order before I’ve started production.

Of course, I’d love to see you happy! So if there’s any doubt, please reach out. We’ll work on a fitting solution or an adaptation together (like resizing). There might be costs involved, but I’ll let you know beforehand.

Should you decide to return the package without consultation, you are responsible in case of transport damage or loss of the package.
