We process personal data because you use our website, services, have contacted us and/or because you provide this data to us yourself.

When you place an order with us, we process the personal data necessary to process the payment and deliver the ordered product. This data includes at least your name, address and payment details.
This data is kept for eight years, as this is required by law. We also keep it for our overview, so we can see if you have placed an order before.

3 — Special and/or sensitive personal data

2 — Doeleinden & bewaartermijn
Wij verwerken jouw persoonsgegevens enkel wanneer dit volgens de AVG en UAVG mag en bewaren je persoonsgegevens niet langer dan strikt nodig om de doelen te realiseren waarvoor je gegevens worden verzameld.
Om deze redenen verwerken we jouw persoonsgegevens:
— Bestelling
Als je bij ons een bestelling plaatst, verwerken we de benodigde persoonsgegevens om de betaling af te handelen en het bestelde product te leveren. Deze gegevens omvatten in ieder geval je naam, adres- en betaalgegevens.
Deze gegevens worden gedurende acht jaar bewaart, omdat dit wettelijk verplicht is. Ook houden we ze bij voor ons eigen overzicht, zodat we kunnen zien of je eerder al eens een bestelling hebt geplaatst.

— Contact
Als je een bestelling hebt geplaatst of contact met ons hebt opgenomen via telefoon, e-mail, website, WhatsApp of sociale media, dan hebben we gegevens van jou ontvangen. We gebruiken deze gegevens om te reageren op jouw bericht of om onze dienstverlening uit te voeren.
Deze gegevens worden gedurende maximaal vijf jaar bewaart. Dit stelt ons in staat om bijvoorbeeld te achterhalen wanneer we voor het laatst contact hebben gehad en waar dat over ging. Het is in ons gerechtvaardigd belang om over deze informatie te beschikken, zodat we jou beter kunnen ondersteunen.

3 — Bijzondere en/of gevoelige persoonsgegevens
Onze website en/of dienst heeft niet de intentie gegevens te verzamelen over websitebezoekers die jonger zijn dan 16 jaar. Tenzij ze toestemming hebben van ouders of voogd. We kunnen echter niet controleren of een bezoeker ouder dan 16 is. Wij raden ouders dan ook aan betrokken te zijn bij de online activiteiten van hun kinderen, om zo te voorkomen dat er gegevens over kinderen verzameld worden zonder ouderlijke toestemming. Als je ervan overtuigd bent dat we zonder die toestemming
persoonlijke gegevens hebben verzameld over een minderjarige, neem dan contact met ons op via contact@another-project.nl, dan verwijderen we deze informatie.

Wij maken geen gebruik van geautomatiseerde besluitvorming.

Wij verkopen geen gegevens aan derden en zullen jouw gegevens uitsluitend verstrekken aan derden indien dit nodig is voor de uitvoering van de overeenkomst met jou of om te voldoen aan een wettelijke verplichting.

gegevensoverdraagbaarheid. Dat betekent dat je bij ons een verzoek kan indienen om de persoonsgegevens die wij van jou beschikken in een computerbestand naar jou of een ander, door jou genoemde organisatie, te sturen.
Je kunt een verzoek tot inzage, correctie, verwijdering, gegevensoverdraging van je persoonsgegevens of verzoek tot intrekking van je toestemming of bezwaar op de verwerking van jouw persoonsgegevens sturen naar contact@another-project.nl. We reageren zo snel mogelijk, maar binnen vier weken, op jouw verzoek.
8 — Beveiliging persoonsgegevens
Wij nemen de bescherming van jouw gegevens serieus en nemen passende maatregelen om misbruik, verlies, onbevoegde toegang, ongewenste openbaarmaking en ongeoorloofde wijziging tegen te gaan.
